The 12th Ministerial Conference (MC12) of the WTO is scheduled from 30 Nov. to 3 Dec. 2021. Apart from already existing issues that have been the subject of the earlier Ministerial Conferences, the COVID-19 pandemic has widened the fiscal disparities among countries and has thrown new challenges, especially for the developing countries. In this context, a webinar will be organised by the Centre for Trade and Investment Law (CTIL), Delhi on 20th November 2021 at 16:00 hrs IST. The event was deliberate on the-mentioned issues from developing countries’ perspective and possible approach towards these issues during the MC12 negotiations.
