Sugandha Sharma completed her Masters in Law( Intellectual Property Rights) from Indraprastha University(Main Campus) in 2016. Previously, she has worked with an Advocate on Record handling matters relating to NCLAT and Negotiable Instrument Act. She has also worked in DPIIT where she has handled matters relating to Copyright law and Patent law. She has also done a course from FICCI regarding relationship between Intellectual property Rights and Competition Law.
Presently Sugandha is working as a Legal Associate at Centre for Trade and Investment Law. In her capacity she provides legal assistance to Department of Commerce, Government of India on International Trade Law and Policy. She is currently attached with the Office of Economic Advisor at DOC and her present areas of focus include WTO Reforms and Agreement on Agriculture.
