Ritvik Ranjan Rai is a Research Fellow at CTIL. He completed his B.A.LLB. from Symbiosis Law School Pune in the year 2020, following which he pursued the Daksha Fellowship as a Dispute Resolution Fellow. He has interned at various law firms and think tanks during the course of his law degree. He has represented his college in the regional rounds of the 12th Foreign Direct Investment International Arbitration Moot and the 7th K.R. Ramamani Taxation Moot Court Competition, where his team won the Best Memorial Award. During college he was an active member of the Community Legal Care and Literacy Cell and also held its Co-Convenorship for the year 2018-2019. He has further pursued and successfully completed the Certificate Course on European Union Legal Studies conducted by the International Law Cell, Symbiosis Law School, Pune in the year 2016 and 3-weeks high-level certificate training programme on “The State of International Trading System and Foreign Investment in India” organized by the Indian National Association of Legal Professionals and the International Law Institute, in December, 2020.
