Ridhish Rajvanshi is a Senior Research Fellow at CTIL. Prior to joining CTIL he was Consultant for Trade Policy Hub, LSE Consulting working on projects for EU and UK government. He completed his B.A. LL.B. from Symbiosis Law School, Pune in 2018 and LL.M. in International Trade and Investment Law with Diploma of Advanced Studies in International and Economic Law (TRAIL+) from World Trade Institute, Bern, Switzerland in 2019. He has previously worked at a private law firm in Brussels, Belgium in the area of EU Trade Remedies and at the Universal Postal Union, Bern (UN Organisation). He is enrolled with the Bar Council of Rajasthan and is qualified to practice law in India.
His area of interest includes Intellectual Property law, Competition law, Data protection, Privacy and Cyber-Security law, e-commerce, Arbitration, and has worked on issues pertaining to SOEs, GDPR, and Blockchain. He has been active participant in Moot Court Competitions and MUNs. He has also organised training sessions for mid-level government employees. In recent years, he has been involved with ELSA and has participated, coached as well as judged John H. Jackson Moot Court Competition.
