Ms. Manya Gupta has completed her graduation in law from Hidayatullah National Law University, Raipur in 2018. She has worked in the area of trade remedies at TPM Solicitors and Consultants, New Delhi as a legal associate. She worked on domestic investigations and investigations being conducted outside India for imposition of anti-dumping or countervailing duties. She has participated in 5th WTI-CWS Joint Academy for International Trade and Policy, 2018 and successfully finished it. Her interest lies in investment law, intersection between trade and competition law, and trade remedies.
