Shiny Pradeep is the Assistant Professor (Legal) at the Centre for Trade and Investment law, Indian Institute of Foreign Trade. Shiny completed her B.A.LL.B (Hons.) from the National Law Institute University, Bhopal. Thereafter, Shiny did her LL.M. from the National Law University, Delhi. She has worked with the National Green Tribunal, assisting the Judicial member to the bench in research on various environmental law issues. At the National Law Institute University Bhopal, she represented the university in prestigious moot court competitions like the Stetson and the Jessup. She has also qualified for the UGC Junior Research Fellowship. Shiny’s areas of interest include international law and the interface of environmental law and trade.
