Ashutosh has completed his graduation in law from Chanakya National Law University,
Patna in 2019 and LL.M in IPR Laws from National Law University, Jodhpur. Prior to
joining CTIL, he has worked in the area of trade remedies at TPM Solicitors and Consultants,
New Delhi as a legal associate. He worked on various trade remedial investigations
representing companies and conglomerates forming part of domestic industry, exporters, and
importers in various trade remedial investigations both in India and overseas. He has
participated in 4 th WTI-CWS Joint Academy on International Trade and Policy, 2017. His
interest lies in IPR Laws, investment law, intersection of intellectual property laws with
technology, commercial laws, and international trade.
